Daggertooths Anotopteridae
The daggertooth is found in cooler waters worldwide, including the Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic, and Antarctic oceans. It can be found at the surface, but is usually pelagic in deep waters, from 500 m to more than 2000 m. The daggertooth is related to the lancetfishes and the barracudinas.
